Robert J. Birch, Esquire, has 28 years of experience both inside and outside of the Courtroom, which makes him one of the leading lawyers in Montgomery County.

Background & Qualifications
Robert is from the Roxborough section of Philadelphia, and graduated Central High School’s 239th Class, where he was a member of the wrestling team. After high school, Robert received a B.S. in Accounting from Villanova University, and a M.S. in Taxation from Drexel University.
After practicing as a CPA for a major public accounting firm in Philadelphia, Robert received a Juris Doctorate (JD) from the University of Miami School of Law, and an LL.M. in Taxation from Villanova University.
Robert worked for major Philadelphia law firms before opening his own law practice in Montgomery County in 2005. Robert is licensed in Pennsylvania, and admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, the U.S. Tax Court, and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals.
Leader Among Montgomery County Lawyers
Robert was an elected Supervisor in Montgomery Township, Montgomery County, and served as Chair and Vice-Chair of the Board. Robert was also the Chair of the Trial Lawyer’s Committee of the Montgomery County Bar Association.
